Hannibal roof racks are designed to be strong and light with excellent aerodynamic performance. They are made from 6063 aluminium for strength and lightness,and are tested to one ton.

The full length frame is made from extruded box section with the flooring fully welded to reduce wind noise and give great strength.

All fittings are Stainless Steel.

Rear and side rails are detachable to give a flat platform to carry large loads.

The gutter mount is full length to spread the load.

There are a range of fittings to attach directly to the rack including Hi-Lift Jack, Spare Wheel and Spade.

All racks have a Lifetime Warranty for the original retail purchaser.

The rack is mounted with three feet onto the cab and then has two rear ladders ( x8 additional drill holes required ) that support the rack. The original hood can still be used.
