You dont always have 4 passengers, Jimny's a fun car for 2. So you fold your rear seat down to put cargo, but it doesnt fold flat... its a slant, because the headrest is in the way, so you take off your headrest, ok, the rear base deck is now flat. But you dont have a place to put the read rest, you just dump it in the foot well. You need the head rest, because your friends will sit in once a while, so you got to put it back, you can't just junk it. So its now in the foot well and gets dirty and scratched up.
